Estimated production timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. While we aim to meet all timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to the handmade nature of the garments.

 

3. No Returns or Exchanges

 

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

Please ensure that all sizing, preferences, and details are carefully reviewed before confirming your order.

 

4. Sizing and Fit

Ready-to-Wear – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Product Availability

​

All ready-to-wear items are subject to availability. While we aim to keep stock information accurate, items may occasionally sell out before your order is processed.

2. Order Processing

 

Orders are typically processed within 3 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

​

3. Returns & Exchanges

​

We accept returns on ready-to-wear items under the following conditions:

 

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

​

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

 

Please note:

 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We do not offer Exchanges.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@ketimonro.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
